We ship using Canada Post or Purolator.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not satisfied or have any concerns, please contact us at info@fuelcache.ca. We’ll do our very best to find a resolution and take care of you!

Orders Currently Shipping Within: 1 Business Day*

Due to the rural nature of our facility, the federal food inspectors advised us they were unable to fulfill our federal inspection needs. As such, we are limited to shipping within Alberta. We are working on a solution to this, however it will take some time to work through the red tape. We apologise for the inconvenience.

FREE Shipping within Alberta for orders over $200.00

$10 shipping for any order under $200.00

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Fuel Cache is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we can file a claim with the shipping service to help locate the package. However, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement if the address entered at checkout was incorrect.

*Normal processing time is 1 day unless the order is received on a weekend or stat holiday. In this case the order will be fulfilled on the next business day.
