At Fuel Cache, we take pride in providing home cooked quality food products to support your everyday adventure needs. Because of the nature of our food items, we maintain strict guidelines to ensure the integrity and safety of all products delivered.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns on food items unless:
- The product was damaged upon arrival
- There is a shipping discrepancy (such as missing or incorrect items)
To file a claim:
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Contact us at info@fuelcache.ca with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. Please send the lot date which can be found on the white strip on the back of the pouch. EX: 25031401811
Please retain all packaging materials as they may be needed during the claims process.
Shipping Policy & Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Fuel Cache is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
We can file a claim with Canada Post to help locate the package
However, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement if the address entered at checkout was incorrect.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment system quickly. For that reason, orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Fuel Cache is not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
